Basic steps to buy a home

  1. Find a real estate agent you like.

  2. Get pre-qualified with a lender.*

  3. Gather funds for down payment, closing costs, inspections, and appraisal.

  4. Find a home you like.

  5. Make sure the home is right for you with due diligence.

  6. Sign all the documents and pay.

  7. Get the keys.
