How much does it cost to get started?
We offer a free consultation to discuss whatever you are looking to do. After that, we usually get paid at the end of a transaction when we have helped you buy or sell a home.
Note for home buyers: we are usually paid through the seller and you as the buyer just have to pay for the home.
Different situations may arise, but we will always discuss our commissions / fees with you before you need to bring out your checkbook.
I love learning on my own, can you share information for me to Look at?
We love sharing as much information as we can get our hands on. We are happy to send you our seller and buyer guides. Home value information and comparable sold properties. Data on certain neighborhoods. Info on our favorites places around town. Contractors to discuss home repairs/updates before listing. And much more!

Life happens. We understand that things come up that change your trajectory and we do not hold that against you.
